Shipping & Taxes



Shipping rates will vary from order to order depending on several factors including the Shipping Method selected, shipping location and weight of order.
Senteurs d'Orient  ships internationally via three partners carriers for Worldwide Expeditions, this will allow our customers to choose the best way :

  • DHL
  • TNT
  • ARAMEX

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been shipped that will include a tracking number so that you can follow the path of your order to ensure that it arrives, as it should.

We do not charge sales tax or VAT on international purchase; however a VAT are only applicable on domestic purchase, items paid will be taxed at 10% VAT (TVA)  if shipped to addresses in Lebanon.

International Shipping Rates do not include applicable duties, whether customs or otherwise, and do not include government charges (if any). The Customer shall pay all those rates and charges.

Returns Policy



GENERAL EXCHANGE POLICY
It is Senteurs d'orient's intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the date of purchase.
After 14 days, a store credit or exchange will be issued for any unopened merchandise returned within 60 days after purchase. Items purchased can be exchanged in our boutiques a full refund or a store credit can be issued. All items must be accompanied by the original receipt and in unopened, saleable condition.

We are only able to process returns if the products were purchased from Senteurs d'orient directly, through one of our retail locations or our website.
We are not able to process returns that were purchased through any of our wholesale partners.

FAULTY GOODS
Any items which are received broken or faulty will be exchanged or refunded. Please contact the online sales department who will be pleased to assist you. Please see below for telephone contact details.

HYGIENE
For reasons of hygiene, any toiletries item which has been opened for any reason may not be returned, unless faulty.

SALE ITEMS
Goods purchased as sale items or special purchases may be exchanged or refunded with a store credit only if they are returned in their original condition during the same sale period with proof of purchase. This is always subject to the Manager’s discretion.

SPECIAL ORDERS
Specially ordered products can not be returned.

ONLINE RETURNS PROCESS
Please contact our online sales department customerservice@senteursdorient.com before your purchase return. We accepts returns within 60 days of your original purchase. There's just a couple of things to remember:

Please join to your email request the following informations:

  • Your invoice number or a copy of the invoice.
  • Let us know if you would like a replacement or refund (Shipping charges are not refunded). We will refund the amount directly to the debit or credit card account used for the original order
  • Please remember to include a day time phone number where we may contact you if we have any questions
  • If you would like an exchange, a shipping fee will be charged

• Shipment Confirmation. This e-mail confirms that your order or part of your order has shipped. You may receive multiple e-mails depending on the items you selected, or if you ordered multiple items and they were shipped separately. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping method selected, item selected, and your shipping location.
