GENERAL EXCHANGE POLICY
It is Senteurs d'orient's intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the date of purchase.
After 14 days, a store credit or exchange will be issued for any unopened merchandise returned within 60 days after purchase. Items purchased can be exchanged in our boutiques a full refund or a store credit can be issued. All items must be accompanied by the original receipt and in unopened, saleable condition.
We are only able to process returns if the products were purchased from Senteurs d'orient directly, through one of our retail locations or our website.
We are not able to process returns that were purchased through any of our wholesale partners.
FAULTY GOODS
Any items which are received broken or faulty will be exchanged or refunded. Please contact the online sales department who will be pleased to assist you. Please see below for telephone contact details.
HYGIENE
For reasons of hygiene, any toiletries item which has been opened for any reason may not be returned, unless faulty.
SALE ITEMS
Goods purchased as sale items or special purchases may be exchanged or refunded with a store credit only if they are returned in their original condition during the same sale period with proof of purchase. This is always subject to the Manager’s discretion.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Specially ordered products can not be returned.
