A store credit or exchange will be issued for any unopened merchandise returned within 14 days after purchase. All items must be accompanied by the original receipt and in unopened, saleable condition.
We are only able to process online returns if the products were purchased from senteursdorient.com.
For hygiene reason, we do not accept product return nor refund. If the product arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at email@example.com.
Goods purchased as sales items or special purchases may be exchanged or refunded with a store credit only if they are returned in their original condition during the same sale period with proof of purchase.
Specially ordered products can not be returned.
