Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation to let you know we have received your order and payment. Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive an email with your order tracking information. Delivery can take 2 to 7 working days. We offer complimentary delivery on orders over 100€ in the EU, over £100 in the UK and $120 for the rest of the destinations.

Taxes and Customs
All EU and UK orders will be shipped with duties and taxes included. So as a customer, you will not need to pay any additional duties or fees at receipt.
All orders shipping to other destinations might be subject to local taxes and duties at receipt. Each country has different parameters for customs fees (inbound duties and/or Tax/VAT) and you may be charged by your local customs office.
Incorrect Address Details
Please ensure that your address and contact information are completed correctly when ordering online. We do not take responsibility for any lost or undelivered items if the address is incorrect. A new delivery will not be dispatched until the original order is delivered back to Senteurs d'Orient.
If your order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery information, the customer will be credited the amount of the product but not the shipping fees if any.
We regret that dispatch errors such as missing, faulty or damaged items may occur from time to time. These must be reported within 10 days to be accepted for return. Beyond 10 days we are unable to accept returns. Replacements will be delivered to you and the damaged or incorrect product will be required to be returned.
Any items which are received broken or faulty will be exchanged or refunded. Please contact the online sales department by email at email@example.com.
For reasons of hygiene, any toiletry item which has been opened for any reason may not be returned, unless faulty.
Goods purchased as sales items or special purchases cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Specially ordered products can not be returned.
Online Returns Process

Let us know if you would like a replacement or refund (shipping charges are not refunded). We will refund the amount directly to the credit card account used for the original order.
